6. Data Retention

  • Medical records: retained for 10 years as required by Korean Medical Act (Art. 22)
  • Billing records: retained for 5 years per Korean Commercial Code
  • Inquiry data (without booking): deleted within 1 year of last contact
  • Marketing consent: until you withdraw consent
